Ideal for heating large and ordinary spaces
PVC Matting underfloor electric heating system Warmup® is a simple high-tech system specifically designed with very thin double-core resistor, and it does not raise the floor height.
The electric heating cable is fixed to a hard fiberglass net which is spread before the installation of ceramics, marbles or parquet.
The PVC Matting system is installed on top of the light weighted concrete. On top of the heating, there is a 3-4 cm cement gate. No special contraction / expansion joints are required.
If we use the Concrete Mekroplus floor minimum floor height 8cm or similar the thermal insulation material POLITHERM BLU (processed expanded polystyrene granules) λKcal / mhºC = 0.067 Kg / m³ (no insulation is needed and besides we have less cost in our construction results).
The PVC Matting System underfloor heating has the ability to heat the floor in about 15 to 30 minutes, and in about 40 to 60 minutes we have the desired temperature in our space. Each room operates independently with its own thermostat and when the thermostat reaches the desired temperature, it is stopped and reactivated so as to maintain a constant temperature. This way we do not need to have the heating constantly on.
We put it into operation when we need it and whatever spaces we want, with the result that its operating cost is much cheaper than any other floor heating.

With the underfloor electric heating PVC Matting System we have a uniform distribution of temperature in our space and the temperature of the floor with room is plus / minus 1 - 2º
